Description
Co-teaching works best when partners agree on shared routines and principles. By discussing your pet peeves and coping strategies, you can set up consistent classroom procedures together. In dual language immersion settings, some routines need extra attention.
A Co-Teaching Agreement is a simple table that helps you and your partner align on four key areas: using and storing dry erase boards, managing “turn and talk,” transitioning between classes, and reinforcing positive use of the target language.
